• If a student cancels their enrollment at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start date, they are eligible for a full refund.
• If a student cancels their enrollment within 48 hours of the course start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued.
• For online courses, if a student faces technical issues preventing them from accessing the course, they must report the issue within 24 hours for a possible refund or course replacement.

2. Refund Process

• Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Any transaction fees deducted by the payment gateway will not be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If a student fails to attend the course without prior notice.
• If a student violates any terms and conditions of BLC Bogura.
• If a student completes the course but is dissatisfied with the results.
• If a student requests a refund after the course has started.

4. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another batch of the same course (subject to availability) within 7 days of purchase.
